Our Story
Sammie Haley
Owner and Creative Director
Sammie Haley began dancing at the age of 7 years old. She was a competitive gymnast and dancer until the age of 15 but then decided her true passion was dance. Sammie trained in many styles including: Ballet, Contemporary, Lyrical, Tap, Jazz, Hip Hop, Musical Theatre, Acrobatics, and Pointe. After graduation, she went on to be in multiple professional dance companies in Ohio and Michigan.
Apart from being a studio owner, Sammie also has a true passion for teaching and judging at dance competitions. She has been teaching for 10 years, achieving many overall high point awards in both Regional and national events, as well as multiple “outstanding choreography” awards. Teaching and Judging at competitions allows Sammie to help young dancers further their quality of movement and focus on their technique.
Sammie believes in creating a positive and supportive atmosphere in her dance studio where students can feel confident, inspired, and motivated to reach their full potential. She takes the time to provide individualized feedback and encouragement to each of her students, helping them grow and improve with each class and performance.
Sammie celebrates her students' achievements, no matter how big or small, and encourages them to set goals and work towards them. She knows that success in dance takes hard work, perseverance, and a positive attitude, and she instills these values in her students through her own dedication and passion for the art form.
